Mobile Notary
I am a mobile notary, commissioned by the State of Michigan. I meet you at your home, office or any other location in the eight towns I serve.
Can a notary come to my house in Michigan?
Yes, a notary can come to your house in Michigan. I provide that service. Call or text to schedule an appointment.
Each signer must be present with a current government-issued photo ID that carries their signature (MCL 55.285(6)(c)). Need witnesses? Please arrange them in advance, or request an extra witness from me when you book, starting at $25.
Questions about the contents of a document should be directed to the office that issued it. I am not an attorney, so I cannot give legal advice about your documents.
Documents that require notarization include powers of attorney, affidavits, parental travel consent letters, vehicle and title paperwork, estate and trust documents, and forms for use in another state.
Travel starts at $35, based on distance and travel time. The fee is quoted at booking.
I notarize in person only. Michigan does allow remote online notarization through state-approved platforms.
